This Lady Adopts A Boy That Nobody Wants, 27 Years Later, He Does This Without Her Knowing.

The Ingeborg McIntosh's adaptation of the child didn't come that easily.

Jordan was still a newborn when he was placed on foster care and Ingeborg had a hard time for four years to convince his birth mother, who wanted to place the boy in a Black family, to let her adopt him.

But Ingeborg didn't quit. She knows when she first saw Jordan, there's a special bond between them. Finally, when there's no one shows interest in the boy, Ingeborg was finally allowed to adopt him.

“They placed him in my arms and it was love at first sight,” Ingeborg says

But 20 years later, a dramatic turn happens.

The McIntosh family had to take care of over 125 foster kids over the years, but no one touched their hearts like Jordan did.

Jordan raised in Ingeborg's home, but his biological mother didn't want this family to adopt him. She preferred that her child is adopted by Black parents.

But it seems no one wants to adopt Jordan, so when the boy reached 4, he finally adopted by Ingeborg.

“He was a part of the family, no matter what.”

27 years later, Ingeborg received a heart-breaking news: her doctors told her that she had polycystic kidney disease and needed a kidney transplantation. Jordan can barely know this and do nothing, so he decided to act. We don't want his mother to suffer, so without his mother knowing, he booked an appointment to see if he was a match for transplantation. He was.

“I feel like this was my calling in life, I guess,” he says.

“Hopefully I can do more for her as I get older, but for the moment, it’s the least I could do.”

Ingeborg insisted that he not go through with his plans, but Jordan's made up his mind.

When Jordan talks about his mother, his love and devotion are clear: He can barely talk about her kindness without crying.

“Everything she’s done for me since I was a kid, I just wanted to give it back to her, and show her how much I appreciate her,” Jordan says.

This just means that even there's no flow in blood. If you love each other and treat each other as a parent-child relationship. You can raise a child that you can be proud of.
