How To Make Ginger Plaster For Various Pains And Rheumatic Problems!

Ginger is one of the plants that commonly used for culinary and medicinal purposes. For treating any health problems like digestive problems, inflammation, and any pain reduction. You can consume this on your meals or even juices, this ginger can be found in several forms either powdered, fresh or dried.


This ginger root has many health benefits that help to improve blood flow, contribute a healthy complexion and hair, increased energy and overall lower weight and anti-inflammatory benefits.

What you need:
  • 1 ginger root
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp. of  salt
  • A clean sheet of plastic film
Instructions:

Crush the ginger root together with the garlic cloves, mixed them all using a mortar and pestle. After that, you can put it on the sheet of plastic film and apply in the affected area or any joint issue. You can use bandage for wrapping a whole area to prevent the mixture from falling off. Leave it for about 6 hours. This remedy will treat any pain, especially cox-2 enzyme. It has the same impact as ibuprofen and aspirin that decreasing any pain receptors and sensitivity.
