Resident Found a Lost 7-month-old Baby Alone Crawling in the Streets! Must See!

We all know that child is a God's gift, Many couples ask for and many hoping to have one when they are ready to settle. But there are parent's who decided to just abandon their child and leave them alone. This is like the story of a 7-month-old child found by a resident in the Philippines.

The baby was found wandering on the streets crawling when a passerby spotted him. Many believe that the child wandered out of their home, without the parent noticing.

The baby who looks like 7 months old was seen in the streets of Duat Bulaon CSFP by unaware passerby, she saw the baby on the streets unsure if he was abandoned or just wandered out of his home. Netherless,  According to passerby or Rosemarie Manalo, she decided to call the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), to make action of this circumstances.

While some netizens who had watch the video bashed the man who took it for letting the baby crawl on the dirty ground instead of picking him.

However, A netizen claimed to know the baby tells a different story, based on Jaycel Guinto, the person who took the video was currently living with the baby's parents and were not in good terms with each other so he make up this video, now the video is deleted.
