In the western province of Doenjang, A group of miners was astonished at what they have dug on the older part of a coal mine. they dug a man alive. the part where this man was dug up was not been explored since the earthquake that hit the area.
The Lucky man was Cheung Wai, a 59-year-old man who is in pretty bad shape when he was dug up. later an ambulance picks him to bring him to the nearest hospital the examine his mental and physical state.
The man has buried alive along with his 118 dead fellow miners when an earthquake struck that cause the wooden structures to collapse and bury them. luckily Cheung was fortunate to have a ventilation hole that was somehow connected to the surface to which kept him alive.
the poor man managed to live by consuming their reserves of rice and water and enhance his diet with mouse and moss.
even though he tried not to, as the time pass by he started eating his fellow miners but his conscience did not allow him to he buried the majority of them.
Cheung's case remains a unique one due to the fact that he was alive for that long.
